How does pricing work?
Property Check (£197) is fixed and instant — pay online and receive your report in minutes. Portfolio analysis, Portfolio Advisory and Agent Intelligence are tailored to the specific brief. Request a quote and we respond within 4 business hours with a fixed fee for your engagement.
What's the difference between Portfolio Management and Portfolio Advisory?
Portfolio Management is self-serve — submit data, receive documents in minutes. Ideal for 1–10 properties. Portfolio Advisory is consultative — starts with a discovery call, includes refinancing and tax modelling, 72-hour turnaround, 30 days post-delivery Q&A. Ideal for 11+ properties, family offices, and commercial stock. Same 3-document deliverable; different experience.
What data do I need to provide?
At minimum: property addresses, estimated values, mortgage balances and monthly rents. The more detail you provide — EPC ratings, lender names, tenant details, lease terms — the more accurate the documents will be. Data can be pasted directly or uploaded as Excel or PDF.
How accurate are the documents?
All financial calculations are mathematically precise based on the data you submit. Tax estimates are approximations and should be confirmed with your accountant. Our documents are professional reference material — not a substitute for qualified legal or financial advice.
Does Premier work for international properties?
Premier is built primarily for UK property — where our expertise in Section 24, EPC regulation, SDLT and selective licensing runs deepest. For international portfolios, our analytical engine supports any currency and most major markets. International enquiries welcomed.
Is my data secure?
Your data is processed by Anthropic's AI and is never stored on our servers. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Portfolio Advisory clients receive a mutual NDA; data is deleted post-delivery.
What if I am not satisfied with the documents?
